A Loopy Loyalty alternative with a CRM attached.
Loopy Loyalty made digital stamp cards in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet an established category, and it does that one job well. Piqlo covers the same ground (wallet-native stamp cards, no app for your customers) and then goes wider: points cards with a rewards catalog, a real customer CRM, Google review cards, and print materials on the same platform, starting free instead of from $25 a month. The honest trade-off: Loopy lets you push messages to your members today, and Piqlo does not yet.
Where Piqlo is ahead
Two loyalty modes instead of one. Piqlo cards run as classic stamp cards or as points cards: earn a fixed amount per visit or per amount spent, with a rewards catalog of up to 12 rewards each carrying its own point cost. The wallet pass shows the live balance and updates over the air the moment it changes.
The CRM and the counter. Every member lands in a customer CRM with visit history, balances, owner notes, and granular consent, exportable as CSV. At the counter, scanner devices are paired with a one-time QR, staff identify themselves with a PIN on the shared device, and you can revoke a device instantly. And because Piqlo is a whole smart-card platform, the same account runs Google review cards and print materials behind printed codes you can edit forever.
Where Loopy Loyalty is ahead, honestly
Messaging. Loopy Loyalty markets lock-screen push messages you can send to all card holders, a segment, or an individual. Piqlo's passes update on real activity only (stamps, points, rewards); owner-composed marketing messages are on our roadmap but have not shipped. If you need to broadcast to your members this month, Loopy does that today. Where the table says "check their current plans", that is exactly what we mean: their packaging can change, and we would rather point you at their pricing page than mischaracterize it.
FAQ
Is Piqlo a free Loopy Loyalty alternative?
Piqlo is free to start: a hosted stamp card for up to 50 members costs nothing. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes, the full customer CRM, and staff scanner devices are on the Pro plan at $15 a month. Loopy Loyalty starts from $25 a month as of mid 2026.
Does Piqlo send push messages to members like Loopy Loyalty?
Not yet. Loopy Loyalty markets lock-screen push messages you can send to your card holders. A Piqlo wallet pass updates over the air when real activity happens (a stamp or points land, a reward is earned), but owner-composed marketing messages have not shipped; they are on our roadmap. If sending messages to members today is your deciding feature, Loopy currently has it and we do not.
Does Piqlo do points cards as well as stamp cards?
Yes. A Piqlo loyalty card runs in stamp mode or points mode: points can be earned as a fixed amount per visit or per amount spent, with a rewards catalog of up to 12 rewards, each with its own point cost. The wallet pass shows the live points balance.
Do my customers need an app?
No. With Piqlo a customer scans your code or taps your NFC tag, enrolls in seconds, and can add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on the Pro plan. On the free tier the card works as a hosted page in their browser. Nothing to download either way.
