Do customers need to download an app?
No. The loyalty card is a web link they tap or scan, and they can add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet so it sits next to their boarding passes and updates after each visit. Both wallets are live.
What is the difference between a stamp card and a points card?
A stamp card gives one stamp per visit and one reward when the card fills, the classic coffee-card. A points card earns points per visit or per spend and comes with a rewards catalog, so customers can save up for bigger rewards. You choose the mode when you create the card.
Can I try loyalty for free?
Yes, free to start: you can run a hosted stamp card free for up to 50 members. The full customer CRM, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes, and scanner accounts are on the Pro plan at $15 a month; Business adds unlimited members and multiple locations.
How do I stop someone stamping their own card?
Stamps and points are added from a scanner account you control, so only your staff can add them. There is also a cooldown so the same card cannot be stamped twice in quick succession.
Does the same card collect reviews too?
Your loyalty card is its own card, but you can run a separate review card from the same account so one tap collects reviews while another rewards regulars.
