What happens when customer 51 wants to join?
Your 50 customers keep their cards, stamps and rewards, and you can keep stamping. New sign-ups pause until you upgrade to Pro, which has no limit on customers.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR with their camera, type a first name and get their first stamp. The card then goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Do I pay for each staff member?
No. Pro includes 2 counter scanners and Business includes 5 per location, with no per-seat fee. On Free, you stamp from your own phone.
How do I upgrade today?
Self-serve checkout is not switched on yet. Write to hello@piqlo.co, we send you a promo code the same day, and you redeem it in Settings.
What is the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro is everything for one location: unlimited customers, 2 loyalty cards, unlimited other cards, full analytics, your own branding and pass design, and 2 counter scanners. Business is for more than one location: $29 a month covers the first, each extra location is $10 a month, every location gets 5 counter scanners, and you run as many loyalty cards as you like, each at the locations you choose.
Can I run more than one loyalty card?
Yes, on Pro and Business. Free runs 1 loyalty card, Pro runs 2 (for example one for stamps and one for points), and Business runs as many as you like, each used at one, some or all of your locations. Each card keeps its own stamps or points, and a customer on two cards stays one customer in your list.
Will my card ever stop working?
No. Every tap and scan reaches your page on every plan, including Free. Free counts your first 2,000 taps and scans a month for your analytics; past that your card keeps working exactly as before, and counting resumes on the 1st (or the moment you upgrade).
Can I change my card later?
Yes, any time, with no reprinting. Change the reward, your details or the design, and every printed QR and tag you have handed out shows the new version.
Who owns my customer list?
You do. Your customer list belongs to your business, and on Pro you can export it as a spreadsheet whenever you like. How we handle data
